We are happy to announce that today, April 12, 2021, we are launching a new communication platform, LibChat. This new service allows you to engage with us via a live chat platform through real-time instant messaging. LibChat is a convenient service especially for patrons who need a quick answer to a question or a small request fulfilled.
To get started click on the chat bubble at the bottom right corner of the JSB Library Website, ask your question, and a staff member will respond to you in real time. Initially LibChat will be offered daily from 12 am to 3 pm. Starting May 10, LibChat will be active from 10 am to 4 pm. Please note that LibChat will not be available when the library is closed.
