SciVal is an analytics tool that provides access to the research performance of over 24,700 research institutions and their researchers from 230 nations. It uses bibliometric data from Scopus , as well as patent-article citations, awarded grant data, and mass media mentions. SciVal allows institutions as well as individual researchers to visualize their research performance, benchmark relative to peers, develop strategic partnerships, identify and analyze new, emerging research trends, and create uniquely tailored reports.
To access SciVal you need to create a personal account with your institutional email address. If you already have an Elsevier account, you can use those credentials to access SciVal. For off-campus access, you will need to log in both to EZproxy (with your ACG Network credentials ) and to your personal SciVal/Elsevier account.
