What is the ACG Sphere?
ACG Sphere is the institutional repository that The American College of Greece (ACG) uses to store and display collective research output generated by students. It contains formally organized and managed collections of scholarly and creative work in digital format, and facilitates the preservation and dissemination of the work within not only the ACG community but also the worldwide community of scholars.
Thesis submission process
To submit your thesis to ACG Sphere, follow the steps below:
- Get final approval of your thesis: Ensure that the version of the thesis you are submitting has been approved by the thesis committee. The final version of the file should be in PDF format, finalized and ready for submission. You also need to remove any personal information (e.g. phone number, address) that you do not want to be publicly available.
- Complete the submission form: Fill out the ACG Sphere Submission Form to confirm that you grant ACG Libraries permission to submit and preserve your thesis in the repository.
- Send your documents: Email both the completed Submission Form and the final thesis file to [email protected].
- Upload and confirmation: Once we receive your documents, we will upload your thesis to the repository. You will receive a confirmation email once the submission is complete.
Please note that the library does not request a printed (hard) copy of the thesis.
