Advancing the legacy with collective effort

The American College of Greece Digital Museum is situated in the John S.Bailey Library and its construction was completed in January, 2020. The visitors have the opportunity to explore the history of the College, and along with that, significant moments from the history of Greece, Europe, Eastern Mediterranean and the U.S.A. throughout the 20th century.

The Museum is equipped with a wide range of innovative technologies (a curved screen, monitors and ipads, touch screens), work stations for research, a display case for old artifacts and archival material and a small area for temporary exhibitions. The scope of the Museum is to become a laboratory for historical and creative projects in which past and present, digital and analog exhibits will "merge" and share the history and spirit of the institution with diverse audiences through a unique experience.
