This doesn't necessarily mean that all these websites will offer you valid and trustworthy information on your topic. American Academy of Child & Adolescent Psychiatry The mission of AACAP is to promote the healthy development of children, adolescents, and families through advocacy, education, and research, and to meet the professional needs of child and adolescent psychiatrists throughout their careers.
Society for Research in Child Development The Society for Research in Child Development advances developmental science and promotes its use to improve human lives.

American Academy of Clinical Psychology The American Academy of Clinical Psychology is an organization of Board Certified psychologists in the specialty of Clinical Psychology. It aims at promoting high quality services in Clinical Psychology, through encouraging high standards and ethical practice in the field. International Neuropsychological Society The International Neuropsychological Society (INS) was founded in 1967 as a scientific and educational organization dedicated to enhancing communication among the scientific disciplines which contribute to the understanding of brain-behavior relationships. The Society’s emphasis is on science, education, and the applications of scientific knowledge.
NeuroBITE NeuroBITE (previously PsycBITE) is a database that catalogs studies of cognitive, behavioral and other treatments for psychological problems and issues occurring as a consequence of acquired brain impairment (ABI). Society for Personality and Social Psychology The Society for Personality and Social Psychology, founded in 1974, is the world’s largest organization of social and personality psychologists. Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology SIOP is the premier professional association for the science and practice of I-O psychology. While an independent organization with its own governance, SIOP also represents Division 14 of the American Psychological Association and is an organizational affiliate of the Association for Psychological Science. Personality Theories This is an electronic textbook ("e-text") created by Dr. C. George Boeree, Professor Emeritus at the Psychology Department of Shippensburg University. It is the first free e-text in psychology, originally presented in 1997. Although it is copyrighted, it is downloadable and printable without permission from the author, as long as the material is used only for personal or educational purposes, and the source is indicated.

MentalHealth.org MentalHealth.org provides one-stop access to comprehensive mental health information. National Alliance on Mental Illness NAMI is the National Alliance on Mental Illness, the nation’s largest grassroots mental health organization dedicated to building better lives for the millions of Americans affected by mental illness.
National Institute of Mental Health The National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH) is the lead federal agency for research on mental disorders. NIMH is one of the 27 Institutes and Centers that make up the National Institutes of Health (NIH), the largest biomedical research agency in the world. NIMH envisions a world in which mental illnesses are prevented and cured and seeks to transform the understanding and treatment of mental illnesses through basic and clinical research, paving the way for prevention, recovery, and cure.

American Music Therapy Association AMTA's purpose is the progressive development of the therapeutic use of music in rehabilitation, special education, and community settings. British Association for Music Therapy BAMT acts as a central point for information about music therapy. Cummings Center for the History of Psychology The Drs. Nicholas and Dorothy Cummings Center for the History of Psychology (CCHP) is located at The University of Akron in Akron, Ohio. It is a unique institution that cares for, provides access to, and interprets the historical record of psychology and related human sciences.
Classics in the History of Psychology Classics in the History of Psychology is an effort to make the full texts of a large number of historically significant public domain documents from the scholarly literature of psychology and allied disciplines available on the World Wide Web. There are now over 25 books and about 200 articles and chapters on-line. The site also contains links to over 200 relevant works posted at other sites.
